The ladder arrived in a totally ripped apart box. Pieces skidding out ! Box was dropped and the guys ran back down the driveway saying we got it like that. I called and got a very rude girl saying just go on line! We even found a note in the box from another customer saying It was the wrong order!!! Never use these people!!

STAY AWAY FROM FAMILY POOL FUN. The worst Customer service experience I have ever encountered and I buy online daily .... I am in awe of how they handle their business. They will not stay in business operating like this ..It will catch up to them . I will add to disgruntled customer list . Similar experiences as others on here . Ordered pool cover anchors and long tubes to install into ground . Shipped only the aluminum tube no anchor , no paperwork . Finally after the 3rd email told me they ship separate. REALLY listed as 1 sku on website not 2 ..tube is useless without the anchor SHOULD NOT EVEN SHIP.. Sent no less than 15 emails' asked for them to pay for shipping the tubes back since they did not ship me what I ordered and they refuse to do it.. Trying to tell me if I buy something at Target they dont pay for your gas back. ARE YOU KIDDING ME .. First of all understand how to do business online and admit your ERROR and take care of your error. Don't blame me for your Negligence.

I ordered a liner 5/1/22 and 5/13 I asked for tracking information they FINALLY sent me a tracking number but did not tell me who was delivering so No way to track then 5/27 I asked to cancel my order they said it was delivered 5/19 (it wasn't) and now they will not help me figure this out! I am out 300 dollars and when I asked what steps I need to take they responded "what do you mean by that" seriously??? They have HORRIBLE customer service as well as obviously no one that knows what they are doing.

I ordered a pool heater and came home to a pallet with pool steps. How do you mistake steps for a pool heater. It now has been 2 weeks with no communication on how the problem is going to be fixed, just wanting me to send pictures. This was done on the day of delivery. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, unless you enjoy frustration and misery.

I wish I had read these reviews before making a purchase with this company. My experience sounds like all of the others. Ordered a custom pool cover, sent all my my measurements and picture of my pool. Cover doesn’t fit because it was ordered wrong and not according to the measurements I provided. This company is clearly responsible as it is their error. I started a “ticket” immediately after realizing the $1300+ cover did not fit. I have been asked for same info over and over(clearly a delay tactic), I’ve called numerous times and am told Jay will call me back-never has. He has never responded with a resolution, has simply ignored me. Trying to go through credit card dispute now, amazing how he can take the time to respond to credit card company but not to customer. He knows he is wrong which is why he won’t respond to me. I have all of the proof including my original order form that I emailed over. Completely unethical, I also don’t usually write reviews but this experience has been the worst I have ever had with a company. I can’t believe that you can pay for an item and not get what you ordered and they don’t even try to fix their mistake but want to keep your money. I echo other reviews in feeling like their business practice is criminal. They are essentially stealing my money. I was persuaded by their Christian references on their website that this would be a trustworthy company to do business with. In fact, I specifically chose to go with them because of that. Wow, they should be ashamed to be making any references to Christ when they are conducting their business in such in an ethical way. This clearly is not an isolated incident and appears to be a pattern according to these reviews.

I placed an order for a 10k above ground pool that was shown as in stock. Got a call saying out of stock but they had another pool for 6k that was 6 to 8 weeks back ordered. I added upgrades of liner and steps. The pool was dilivered two weeks late missing the upgraded liner and ladder. They sent me a cheep liner that failed in two weeks with grass growing up through the bottom. I have been trying to get a refund for the upgraded liner and ladder for months now. Also trying to get a replacement liner but getting one excuse after another. No refund for missing parts. They just tell you someone will contact you but nothing ever happens. DO NOT DO BUSNESS WITH THIS COMPANY THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF.

They will steal your money, refuse to speak to you, hang up on you, use Profanity when you are trying to get items you have paid for. I ordered and paid in full for a salt water chlorinator 10 months ago ($700) and they act surprised when I am upset . Craziness. The reviews on their “ ad” page are lies. See the BBB complaints.

Well, I wasn't going to write a review, but felt I should to help others in their decision process. It is a large sum of money that you may or may not ever get back. Our pool journey started May 15th 2020! After countless, unproductive phone calls, emails and texts we finally received our pool, in DECEMBER 2020! Obviously we were unable to set it up. So, May is here, 1 yr later, and we open up our packages with much anticipation, only to be disappointed. NOT ONE THING I ORDERED WAS DELIVERED ..GRRRR! Missing the solar pads as well as the gorilla pad. Instead I received, what I call a "knock off". Absolutely no way to reference what I actually received. Called and spoke to Lisa, she said to fill out a ticket......done and now we shall see. I will post again once I get some answers! Good luck and I hope this helps.

May 2021, Received pools steps in a damaged carton dropped at my door with no signature required. Attempts to make a claim are still ongoing, cannot get any response from there customer service .

Purchased a Deluxe KIT with an upgraded liner. Was never told that the liner would ship separate. Went to install to find out liner is not here. Call and and was told it ships separate. Why would you sell a KIT and not send all of the parts? Was told on the phone that they will contact the vendor but have no idea when they will call back. So out the pools walls up to have to tear them back down. Wasted a Saturday and a few friends Saturday’s as well. Filed a complaint with the BBB and ordered an in stock (looking on Familypoolfuns site, the liner I paid extra for is out of stock). Hopefully get the money back for the liner and the upgrade fee. Hope to never have to do business with this company again. Buyer Beware.

Despite everyone else giving this company 1 stars I am giving them 5. We ordered our pool on May 16th knowing that we were in the middle of a pandemic and that things would be delayed. We were first told that our pool would be delivered the last week on June first week of July. That worked for us since we had to prep our yard for the install. We then received a second email saying that our delivery would be the first full week of July second week of July. I kept in contact with the company via text message (yes it was a few hours or a day before I received a response). I also sent emails and always received a response back. While others feel like Jay is just giving the run around I did not feel that way at all. He gave me honest answers and told me that my pool was delayed. The only problem I ran into was that my pool was sitting at the shipping warehouse in my town for a few days without my knowledge. But I made a phone call to the shipping company SCIA and they had us scheduled for the next day. My husband and I checked our package and all pieces were there. We also used the extra time to level our ground. In the end and after a lot of youtube videos we decided to have a pool construction build our pool. The pool is absolutely beautiful and worth the wait. My advice about this company is to be patient. While some feel like they are just getting the run around. I feel like this company is working hard to fill orders during such a difficult time in our country. Pools are still being manufactured but slowly since people are working with social distancing etc. No one and I mean no one could have predicted that COVID-19 would have impacted our lives the way it has. It also doesn't help that we are stuck in our homes with nothing to do so many are buying pools that normally would not. This season is a different case than normal. But I appreciate all of the hard work that Jay and his employees are putting in for us so we can still enjoy what is left of summer!
