Standard (5 days): £4.95
UK Priority Upgrade (3 Days): Standard + £2.95
UK Next Day Upgrade (Guaranteed Next Working Day): Standard + £5.95
These prices are fixed no matter how large or small the order is.

“Communication was very bad. Only received an email to say thank you for registering, heard nothing about my order. The money came out of my account but I still have not relieved my order.”

Please accept our sincere apologies. Rest assured a member of the team will be in contact with you immanently on the telephone contact number you provided us with to resolve this matter.
Regarding communications about your order, you should have received a welcome email, an order confirmation email, a payment receipt email from our payment processing company PayPal and finally you should have received a despacth confirmation email. Sometimes emails can find their way into junk/spam folders so it may be worth checking for them there.
