Please accept our sincere apologies. Rest assured a member of the team will be in contact with you immanently on the telephone contact number you provided us with to resolve this matter.
Regarding communications about your order, you should have received a welcome email, an order confirmation email, a payment receipt email from our payment processing company PayPal and finally you should have received a despacth confirmation email. Sometimes emails can find their way into junk/spam folders so it may be worth checking for them there.
