“Love shopping with Farmison, I love their ethics and knowing where my meat is coming from, is so important. We're trying to move away from Factory farming that causes animal and human suffering; to shop with Farmison means no imports and we're supporting local UK Farmers.”

“I placed my first order for my meat for Christmas Dinner, so was hopeful that all would be OK. Thankfully it was as good as I'd hoped. I'd ordered a large Turkey breast, stuffed Turkey legs and a gammon joint and all turned out to be very nice - albeit I'd overcooked the ham. Package was delivered on time and was well packed, with good communication of anticipated time of delivery. Will not hesitate to use again.”

“As part of our order we ordered two packs of two Fillet Steaks. One looks really nice & fresh but in the second pack the meat has gone brown. Very disappointed. Keith Clarke”

“Absolutely delighted with my orders!!!! The Poultry gravy & sourdough bread sauce was outstanding & everyone was very impressed & I would definitely order these 3 products in the future. Also the fresh raw chicken pieces were very tender & succulent. Happy New Year!!!”

“The lamb cushion and the beef fillet were truly excellent - both in the quality of the meat and in its preparation. Customer care was responsive and quick. The packaging was very good and gave us confidence that the produce was in prime condition. We have no hesitation in highly recommending Farmisonand Co.”

“This firm is consistently excellent. I say this because we keep coming back each year for our Christmas duck. The duck is always of finest quality, and delivered promptly on the day agreed. Cannot praise this firm enough, and have recommended it to friends.”

“We really like the taste and texture of their meat. In particular, lamb cutlets, spatchcock chicken and turkey. Their Wiltshire cured ham was the best ham we ever tasted. Not yet 5 stars because the texture of their sausages is not yet top notch. If they can match the taste and texture of other leading artisan producers and get rid of the sulphites, preservatives and other additives, we would definitely buy more. Also, there is room for improvement on their ready meals and pastry range. Their meat is great tasting but their chiefs don't always do their meat justice.”

“We've used Farmison in the past and never had any issue - the quality is great but my most recent experience wasn't the best. Order placed mid November but delivery was delayed - appreciate this was the fault of the courier rather than Farmison but it meant my order couldn't be fulfilled before Christmas - this wasn't a massive issue as we have a couple of good local butchers but what I found disappointing was that Farmison offered me a 15% discount as an act of goodwill which is a standard discount they offer every year and my refund took over 2 weeks. I'd think twice about using them again in the future.”

“Farmison is simply the best for high quality, well butchered meat. It's great to be able to get a pork chop or belly joint that's well covered with fat and a decent rind, not trimmed to heck and back. And the bone-in fore ribs and sirloin beef joints are just stunning! It's not cheap but you get what you pay for and you can be clever with the cuts to make things more economical (e.g. get a tri-tip joint instead of 3/4 steaks and make it look flashy when you serve it sliced, like the pros on TV :o) ) The recipe suggestions are spot on for a good cook whether you pick the simple cook of the meat, or a full recipe with veg and a sauce etc.”
