“We opted for brined and spiced turkey this Christmas and, without doubt, it was the best turkey we have ever had! It was melt in the mouth; tender, juicy and delicious tasting. We followed Farmison’s cooking advice and regularly basted it with lots of melted butter and just added a few fresh sage leaves for extra flavour. We recommended trying it next year.”

“We now tend to eat more vegetarian meals but for Christmas decided to remind ourselves of what we are missing. So glad we did! We ordered the Hand Trimmed Centre Cut Fillet - Heritage which arrived on the day it was due with easy-to-follow instructions for storing it. Although cooking instructions were provided, we followed a Tom Kerridge recipe that required marinating the fillet in black treacle. The resulting tender beef was mind-blowingly perfect! I can honestly say I've never eaten beef like it before. Thank you Farmison & Co.”

“During lockdown I discovered Farmison and alas now I have much less disposable income. The meat is just great - no messing about, just quality quality meat. Yes you pay a fair price but it’s always top quality. The coté de boeuf (our fave) is amazing as is everything we’ve ever ordered. Handy cooking tips for each cut as well as excellent packaging and customer service. Try them, you won’t be disappointed”
