“Fresh Turkey £50 in value ordered and arrived on the 23rd December half defrosted. So not so fresh after all! Had ordered an item that wasn’t going to come and were advised of this the day the order arrived?”

“Our Chateaubriand ordered for a small family Christmas was delicious, as were the beef fillet tails. Farmison's came highly recommended by a friend and we were not disappointed. The pre-Christmas delivery was a huge help at such a busy time. I am very pleased to support a company that delivers great quality and service.”

“A lovely loin of pork was delivered in very well-sealed and chilled box. We enjoyed the quality of the meat. Excellent crackling. We had this for Christmas. Slightly overestimated the quantity so I ended up eating it cold for several days, not a problem as it was so good! O', it was a day late but this was down to the sudden and deep snowfall before Christmas, so no complaint as the meat (pork loin, pork belly and sausages) were still chilled and the ice intact.”

“Have never cooked turkey for Christmas so broke the mould with a Farmison prepared stuffed turkey breast joint. Absolute winner. Beautiful meat, just the right size therefore no waste. Adding in some pigs in blankets and gravy and the festive meal was simple to make after two hard days at work previously. Delivered on the right day and in excellently packed thank you. Great reassuring answer from team regarding potential effect of bird flu on the order.”

“My first time using Farmison was Christmas 2022 when I bought their Turkey spiced joint and I was amazed at the quality. It was the best Turkey I've ever had and I've been cooking Christmas lunch for my family for over 30 years as well as being a chef for over 18 years...it was full of flavour and a joy to cook and carve. In fact, I was so pleased with my Turkey, I emailed them on Christmas Day to congratulate them! I will definitely use them again. We'll done and thank you Farmison for adding to our Christmas Day.”

“I did not receive my Christmas Day roast on the 22nd December, a signature forerib for my family of 9 for Christmas dinner. I concede that that may be in part due to DPD which are quite frankly shocking and I don’t know why they are still in business. Since then, from the 22nd December dispite calls, emails and making enquiries on the website I have had no return calls, emails or refund. I have had however, about 20 marketing emails about various meats and offers only serving to rub my nose in the fact I didn’t receive my Christmas dinner. The knock on effect being, albeit dramatic sounding spoilt Christmas Day and the run up. I was so angry, wasted 4 / 5 hours on the phone trying to sort this out (to no avail) as well as an hour outside the local butcher stood in the rain to get the last sizeable joint that could at best feed 4, let alone 9. I’d love to have a return call but sadly this has not happened and I will not get my wasted time or Christmas spirit back. Thank you”
