“I have become a regular customer after trying their free-range chicken. Delivery is always as requested and in excellent condition. Although more expensive than in the supermarket, it is very good value as we have found that it goes much further because the meat is denser, with more flavour and much more satisfying. They have such a good range of products I am often spoilt for choice but for a special occasion, I would recommend the Wild Venison Saddle with cognac fruits (now sadly sold out). We had this at Christmas and it was superb, with lovely flavour and meltingly tender meat.”

“I'll start with the good - the turkey's I ordered cooked beautifully. Now for the bad and why I will not use Farmission's again. However, I had to spend over an hour on each bird with tweezers to remove the quill cases from the skin and remove a wax like substance from the flesh left after the plucking process. This did meet my expectations of quality when I'd spent over £240 on 2 turkeys. The gammon was overpriced, 2 1/2 times the cost my independent village butcher charges. In context, I live near Oxford, not an inexpensive part of the country. The two packs of stuffing I ordered contained 40% of the weight was fat - being a pedant about this I weighed the fat run off. Overall, the turkey's were excellent. gammon and stuffing a disappointment for the high end price charged. Images on the website bore no resemblance to reality. I am not a skin flint, but expect to get what I pay for. Last complaint, the delivery was part frozen, meaning I was not getting the fresh food I had ordered, but a defrosted in transit product. This strikes me as a dubious practice.”

“I ordered a three bird roast and trimmings for Christmas. I received updates on my order and was it delivered in perfect condition and on time. I was really pleased with the quality of the food I ordered and would have no hesitation in recommending them. I will definitely be ordering from them again in the future.”

“Just superb. Ordered Turkey x 2, Beef, stuffing balls & a variety of pigs in blankets. The meat was top quality. The Brisket slow cooked out to mouth-watering tenderness & the stuffed turkeys were juicy & flavoursome. Would highly recommend.”

“Quality of meat is fantastic. This is 2nd time of using Farmison. Previously had delivery, but this time, collection as staying in area. Both provided great service. Did have trouble getting through on phone on afternoon of collection, Dec 23, though! Would definitely use again, and recommend.”
