“placed an order on 11/20 and paid for expedited shipping. It is now 12/19 and when I email them 4 emails since 11/20 and always same reply will ship order within one week. Still has not been shipped. Do not order from this company.”

“I have had trouble with this company. Since taking over. From another firm I was with. I had an order for about 80 pound. And the cost has gone up. And never gone down. I pay more each month. They also say they can't find some payments . Which I have proved via my bank. Avoid this company. They have bad customer care. And are bad in the whole buisness in every aspect.”

“Accepted for 500 credit account placed an order was only 80 pounds then this morning went to track order theve cancelled and removed my credit limit and haven't even emailed to tell Me or why they accepted then declined I would seriously avoid this company”

“Never get involved with this company avoid at all cost ... over charge and if you do order from them your interest added every month is more than your minimum payment so you never pay it off. I used to be with Ambrose Wilson for years great company, then all of a sudden was put with these. They were OK to start with then they got greedy Not impressed.”

“This company declined my credit account sometime last year, so I left it ag that. Then last week I received a text to say o had 150 pound on my credit account to spend. So I ordered a few things. Received my first two orders and waiting on my other two to come. But now they have said I'm not allowed credit. Why let me order then take it away again? Disgusting.”

“I would give no stars. Their products are way too expensive anyway. Took advantage of Black Friday offers 40% off and bought £155 worth . I paid off £100 cash in December. The first statement decides to charge £8.50 credit charge (what on £55). Extortionate rates of interest. Probably 3 times more than bank credit card rates. Seems to me that fashion world rates have gone up, didn’t think they were that much otherwise I would of just paid the balance off with a credit card last month. Have now settled account and won’t ever be buying from then again, even with 40% off. Better to buy from Yours.co.uk (Klarna over 3 months) or even Very.co.uk is cheaper and can pay over 3 months or if over £100 can be paid over 6 months. Do NOT buy from Fashion World.”

“i am on a payment plan of 15 a month these scammers deposited 3 payments from me This month by DD They are due me 30.00 I am now overdrawn on my accountI have called them every day fot the past 2 weeks this company are habitual liars eg it was sent out by cheque eg Goodwill payment of £20 eg refund bank charges I have not saw any refunds.Excuse after excuse Now on the verge of calling my lawyer. to get this resolved this company will keep depositing your acount repeatedly please avoid at all costs.”

“They offered me £125 credit limit , so I made my order under that amount . I went back on the day after and my order had been cancelled. The credit limit still said I have £125 to spend so I reordered and again they cancelled my order with no explanation. It still says I have the £125 to spend . Awful company !! Avoid at all costs”

“Well i was given £125.00 credit to spend and after i ordered some stuff for my daughter's birthday which did not even amount to £125.00 i then when back to my account and it's saying that my credit limit is £0.”

“I was given a £300 credit increase. Then to have it retracted and to be told I wasn't Legible. Why offer me and get my hopes up for Christmas Won't be using them again”

“Avoid this company have no regards or loyalty to there customers .I went in hospital a while back and asked could I defer a month payment they did but charged me 80 pound interest the month after then yesterday added to move my dd to the 1st of month and they won't absolute joke they are will be paying my account if and will never bother with them again. 4 .5 years been with them and never missed payment only the one when in hospital AVOID dealing with tbem”

“This company has done nothing but harass me for payment on an account that’s paid . Phoned,emailed assured it was put right but still emails coming through to say I’m owe them money . Complaints dept a joke as girl I got did nothing but talk over me until I put phone down . Give them a wide berth if you’re wise they have got to be the worst company ever”

“I would urge everyone to avoid, doesn’t matter if u have good credit or bad credit the interest rates are horrendous, some are over 58% and some are 68% you never see your debt go down I pay £108 a month and have for years on a £3500 debt I still owe over £2700 please please avoid, I wish they had refused me credit I didn’t understand how high the interest was when I took this credit on, hoodwinked!!!!! I also have a good credit rating!!! And have never missed a payment in about 7 years!!!!”
