“We just Google searched purple caskets and came across this company Sky Caskets. At 1st it seemed too good to be true. The price and the whole process of buying a casket online made me skeptical to begin with but the funeral home was charging us almost 3 times what I paid at Sky Caskets. Instead of a generic funeral home casket I got one with a personal touch for our mother. Now let's talk about the whole buying process. I picked out the one i wanted and then called the number to order. I some how got the owners direct line and I must say Matt was soooo professional and very accommodating. He answered questions in great detail, explained the process start to finish and offered different options that fit my price range. The process went so smooth and so quickly and before I knew it, it was time to pay. I will be honest in my review when I say that I almost felt rushed into the decision which made me even more skeptical about the online buying process. I just did not want to get scammed. I tried to think about it from from a sales standpoint and Matt seemed very confident and assured us everything would go smoothly. I see why he is the owner because I felt confident and trusted his knowledge and expert advice. He even offered different payment options that allowed for flexibility throughout the process and that's what got my business. I signed all the documents online and he took the payment right there over the phone from my living room. I asked to do a split payment and he was accommodating with that too. I could compare the ease of buying from Sky Caskets to making a purchase on Amazon. I can tell you this was far from the traditional way of buying caskets but with technology the way it is, I feel like Matt has a cutting edge business and is doing a wonderful service. I received the review in my email a day before my expected delivery date and wanted to immediately give 5 starts but on the other hand I was reluctant to fill it out until I was sure the whole process went smooth. I ordered on a Friday and were scheduled to receive the delivery 3 days later on a Monday. I got the call at 9am Monday morning that the casket had arrived and I was astonished. I went to look at it to check and make sure we got the correct one and I was blown away. The casket was exactly as it looked online and was sooooo pretty. The inside was plush and it was embroidered on the inside lid with a luxurious pillow. I am sooooooo happy I took a chance and found a company like Sky Casket. I will forever highly recommend them to anyone who is going thru what I just went thru. Matt promised good service and he delivered way beyond my expectations so thank you from the bottom of my heart. This is the only thing that went as planned in the whole process of planning of the funeral. I would absolutely use them again in the future.”

We are here to make buying a casket easy as you are already under enough stress with everything else going on with losing a loved one. We love hearing we were a bright spot in a dark time. “We called Sky Caskets on a Tuesday evening after our appointment with the funeral home. There they had given us the option to order our own casket instead of paying their prices. So we came home, started searching and ended up calling in. Connected straight to Matthew I believe and he told us we had 30 mins to place the order and he would get it to us by Friday morning. Transfered the call to Colby I think for the payment and made it happen. It all seemed rushed and questionable especially with all the possible scams these days. Fortunately we have no complaints. The casket showed up on time with no dents or scratches and looked beautiful! They priced the same casket we received, at funeral home for over $5k. We paid less than $2300 shipping and all, to get it in the 48 hours we needed it by. But all in all WELL worth it. We were honestly a little skeptical at first but they called the funeral home the next day to confirm with them it was on the way. It arrived exactly when they said it would and it looked very nice. I will definitely recommend sky caskets to my friends and family in the future!”

“I buy Caskets for a Haunted House. This is the Third one. They always give me a great deal and the quality is there. Shipping is fast. This time Shipping took an unusual turn due to the airport giving the courier the wrong casket and I briefly ended up with a Casket with a Corps meant to go to a Funeral Home. It's an interesting story for another day, but to sum it up this Gentleman made it on time to his service.”

“We lost my Dad very suddenly and had no idea where to even start looking for caskets. The mortuary had a beautiful pine casket, but it was almost $10k which was extremely outside of our budget. We found the Norwich Pine casket on your site and it was almost identical. But at a fraction of the cost. My Dad was always a frugal man, so we knew he would be happy to get a deal. We also found an embroidery for the casket which we ordered at a different time. The casket was delivered quickly - and even had the embroidery already installed. The delivery crew set it up beautifully at the mortuary...and they even took the packaging with them (we were told by the mortuary that we would need to discard any packaging). My family was overwhelmed by the amount of care given to us in such a time of need. Although we wish we never had to make such a purchase, we are thankful for this company and the quality of their product.”
