“The ordering process was simple and shipping was very quick! Very impressed with the customer service. The casket was beautiful and affordable! Cut out the middle man raising the prices and have it third party shipped to your local funeral home.”

“We lost my Dad very suddenly and had no idea where to even start looking for caskets. The mortuary had a beautiful pine casket, but it was almost $10k which was extremely outside of our budget. We found the Norwich Pine casket on your site and it was almost identical. But at a fraction of the cost. My Dad was always a frugal man, so we knew he would be happy to get a deal. We also found an embroidery for the casket which we ordered at a different time. The casket was delivered quickly - and even had the embroidery already installed. The delivery crew set it up beautifully at the mortuary...and they even took the packaging with them (we were told by the mortuary that we would need to discard any packaging). My family was overwhelmed by the amount of care given to us in such a time of need. Although we wish we never had to make such a purchase, we are thankful for this company and the quality of their product.”

“By chance I had the opportunity to speak directly with the owner of the company. He was very professional, knowledgeable, helpful and down to earth meaning. Although he did not personally know me it was as though I was talking to a good friend. That is the kind of experience that I wish everyone could reciprocate with each other. “The company called me as soon as I placed the order to get things lined up. He was very courteous and respected our wishes. The casket arrived the very next day. It was beautiful. Our family was extremely happy with the look and make of it. From the inside to the outside it was perfect.”
