“Process all good until the product arrived. Without prior notification it is not acceptable to provide products which are past the use by dates. 8 bags of concrete repair all past the stated use by date. I did email for comment but no reply was forthcoming.”

“Unfortunately my experience was not very good with Fast Track Screeding. I placed an order on a Wednesday for the Ardex psrs system and was charged the full amount when I ordered it. It never arrives on Thursday as I had paid for a next day delivery. I then chased all day on Friday only to be told at 4.30 that Ardex are out of stock. I needed the system for the Saturday and have had to put back the works due to this delay. I wish someone had checked the stock when I placed the order so that I had enough time to find an alternative system or another method.”

Dear Mr Kantek, We are very sorry for the experience you had ordering the PSRS product. As explained, we arranged for the product to be delivered directly from Ardex, and that Ardex did not inform us that they had not fulfilled the order immediately (as they usually do). It wasn't until the following day that they revealed to us that the product was not in stock. We understand your frustration and sincerely hope that we can assist you in the future.
