“Great company which have very professional and knowledgeable staff. I received my items in a timely fashion. Only negative is the shipping cost, which was expensive. There is an overall P&P fee, which is then increased per kg of weight of whatever plaster or cement etc is purchased. It is for that reason I only gave 4 star.”

“There was a small delay and lack of feedback but the moment flagged the issue it was a acted on and resolved...I think it is more important what a supplier does when there's a hiccup that when all goes smoothly...then you see what they reay care about....customer or profit.”

“Not actually had an installation by FastTrack but simply counter service for some product. I found the unit easy to reach, a little restricted by their narrow alleyway to the unit however there is adequate parking outside near main road. Counter staff very friendly and access to supplies was straightforward and quick. Maybe would have used their guys to install, web site needs more info on this along with hourly rates etc?”

“Fast, efficient service. The only company I could find offering next day delivery of Ardex DPM 1C. That was pretty important to me as I had a deadline for getting the floor repaired. Price appeared to be very good at first, but by the time delivery charges and VAT had been added, it was about average.”

“Not a bad price for the grout and the delivery charges were the best I found. Communication was excellent and the grout was delivered promptly. I willm use this company again!”
