Took an online order for a PC95T prevac filter unit £238 sent receipt, then a day later said the price had gone up 25% and unless I paid extra £60 it wouldn't be sent. Claim to have a price guarantee then I found the exact same item cheaper than the original price at 'Sitebox'. So their price guarantee is worthless and trying to charge extra after invoicing is bang out of order.

Order status is complete since 5th of april but haven't received it yet. Today is 12th of April!!!

Order accepted, money taken from my account including delivery cost of £46. I was then told delivery would be £150 as on IOW. Hence order cancelled as delivery more than order! Still awaiting refund.

My order did not arrive when promised, so we had to revert to a normal sand and cement screed and will now have to wait several weeks for it to dry.

Dear Mr. Burrow, I am very sorry that your experience dealing with our company was not more positive. We did admit to a problem in our supply chain that meant your order wasn't going to be arriving when it should. You were made aware that the product would be delivered the following day and that we could not guarantee an early morning delivery. That said, the product did arrive that same day but you decided to go ahead with a traditional screed without consulting us first. For the sake of a call to us, and a couple of hours extra for the courier to arrive, you would have saved yourself "several weeks" of drying time. We apologise unreservedly for the delay in fulfilling your order and hope that you will reach out to us in future for any advice, screeding services or products you may need. Kind regards, Russ

I can not recommend using this company. Our floor screeding was delayed on three occasions that had previously been booked in. Communication during this delay was poor. When the job was completed, a large amount of mess was left behind. Largely because the sand was dumped on our drive without anything underneath it. The floor screed itself looks fanatastic and the ability to tile a few days afterwards was a huge benefit however dealing with this company throughout have been problematic and stressful.

Dear Sarah, Whilst we regret the delay in starting your job due to the sand not being delivered by our supplier, we feel we did everything in our control to get the job done in a timely manner. In the end we completed your floor screeding just two days late, and you stated that you are delighted with the result. We feel that our offer of 5% discount off the total invoice amount (which you accepted) along with the offer of a 10% discount on any of our store products, is a fair compensation for the inconvenience, particularly since it didn't hold up any ongoing works. Unfortunately we simply could not honour your request of a £1,350 discount. As per our Terms and Conditions, it is the responsibility of our customers to provide a skip for disposal of waste packaging and excess materials. Had you done so, we would have been able to clear everything up for you. Firstly, they barely ever answers the phone. Secondly, the owner gives shockingly bad advice and is a bit of a chancer. His team is nice though especially the customer services lady who was great at dealing with mistake they made with an order however, the technical advice he gave me regarding a product was incorrect. He processed my order wrong and then tried to convince me the product he sent accidentally was in fact the correct thing to use, it was not. I will never use them again. And feel obliged to inform everyone from professionals (like me) to D.I.Y.ers to stay away!

Placed an order for next day delivery costing £49. Item did not arrive the following day. No refund offered. Really not impressed with this company.
