“Purchased a set of pyjamas as a gift on Saturday 30 September 2017 from West Quay branch in Southampton. Later realised we needed to change the top as had picked up the wrong size. Decided to pop in to the Whiteley branch on Sunday morning as closer to home where they changed the top without even questioning the reason. Service was also with a smile. Fantastic. Thank you.”

“Clothes are always excellent quality & very stylish. They are also extremely hard wearing & don't seem to fade or go bobble after washing. I am really impressed with the level of customer service in store. I have visited a no of different stores recently & have found the staff to be very friendly, helpful and always happy. Makes for an even better shopping experience!”

“Their clothes are great quality (they last forever), comfortable and stylish. Website is friendly and easy to use and delivery is always quick. I've always been a big fan of this brand for work, casual and holiday clothes. Highly recommend.”

“Good service, deliveries are sent out promptly. Their messaging service isn't so great though, I often get despatch notification emails after I've received the items. Also, not really a fan of having to pay return postage for sale items.”

“I've been to a number of FatFace shops and the staff who serve in the shop are always very friendly and helpful an if you can't find what you want they will try and get it for you. They will also make helpful suggestions about outfits. The service online is very good as well as items are usually delivered quickly and can be picked up at a local store. It there are any issues the Customer service is very friendly and helpful too. I feel comfortable shopping with them and don't have yo worry about anyone being rude of off hand”

“A very hot day and looking for a hat, I was greeted by a very polite assistant and was given the freedom to look at my own leisure. Hubby and our three dogs were waiting outside and the assistant went and got them in order that they could cool down and help me pick a hat, we left with a hat a pair of shoes and a top. How's that and no hassling!!!”
