“It isn't easy to find information on the website. Consider placing art templates inside the product details pages and also explaining up front how ordering, artwork upload and proofing will work. It would eliminate ordering friction and likely increase your conversion rate.”

“The lay out of ordering an item was hard to deal with. It took me a long time and so many trials to get it through. I was following steps to make the order but it does not go through then I tried again and again till finally worked. it suppose taking few minutes but it took me abourt35 minutes.”
