“I purchased the full set up for making kombucha. The packaging was very well designed. No plain packaging here! Instructions were perfectly understandable. Bottles were good quality. I setup my first batch of kombucha in about 20 minutes. Looking forward to drinking some in a few weeks. Thanks guys at Fermentaholics!

“Due to a computer glitch, my order was processed twice. It was late in the evening and I was a bit annoyed that I was going to have to call the next morning to get it straightened out, but before I could make the call Fermentaholics customer service called me to get the issue fixed! The young woman was very kind and polite. She quickly confirmed that the double order was a mistake and corrected the issue. It was the best online customer service I have ever received.
In addition to the great customer service, my product arrived very quickly and was well packaged. I will definitely order from Fermentaholics in the future!”
“Had an astonishing interaction with Ruthie, a real person and a kind one, who helped me sort out a kombucha problem. My order was sent promptly, with help enclosed. I will order from Fermentaholics again, as a loyal customer.

“Incredible customer service!! I recently purchased a couple of their products and phoned in with a question. I was greeted by a friendly, knowledgeable staff member who quickly answered my question, and offered additional guidance—Great personal service that is sadly rare these days! Would not hesitate to purchase from them again!”
