“The quality of Fermentaholics products are top notch. My original order was the whole kit and the Scoby I received was so incredibly healthy that it THRIVED for over a year until I neglected it during a move.
I've ordered another and shipping was super fast which I was not prepared for. Though I haven't had time to get another batch going, yet, I do not doubt this new Scoby will be just as healthy as the first was.”
“Fermentaholics is a very responsive company. It's products are very high quality. The kombucha tea blend is not only delicious but if your SCOBY is looking a little sad this tea blend will perk it right up”
“These folks at Fermentaholics are so nice and knowledgeable. They go above and beyond what normal "sales" folks do. They maintain contact with the customer to provide follow-up information if needed. Their products are far superior to many "fermentation" products on the market. Now that I have found them, I will remain a loyal customer. Please keep up the great work!”
“I was disappointed because I ordered 3 of the Pu-Erh tea and only recieved 1. I was refunded for the 2 and told that they were out of stock. Is there a shortage of this tea for some reason llke tariffs ?”
Hi Dawn, I appreciate the feedback and want to apologize for the inconvenience — and thank you for your patience. While we did refund the items that weren’t in stock, I definitely understand the frustration. I’ll also reach out to you directly to make sure everything is taken care of.
