“I am VERY happy with my purchase. The service was great and the items were exactly as advertised. I really appreciate the email thank you that I received from Fermentaholics.
I will buy from them again.”
“Awesome customer service and products I trust. I have bought a starter kit and additional products from Fermentaholics. They have been extremely helpful with problem-solving and helping me to make delicious kombucha!”
“I used to buy the "Get Kombucha" brand of tea, since I used their starter kit to start my Kombucha, but at some point, it became unavailable. So I looked for another brand of organic tea blend to replace it and found Fermentaholics. I'm glad I did. I have been very happy with the quality of the tea and prompt shipping.”
“Just started my first batch of kombucha after receiving my kit which included everything to get it going. I’m so excited to be making homemade healthy elderberry kombucha.”
“Great selection of products. Shipping was fast and prices are good. Only place I've ever seen these small pouches of blackstrap molasses. Happy to be a customer and love the variety of products. Next will be making my own sauerkraut.”
“I’m so excited about the products this company offers. Each time I realize I need another tool or accessory for my kombucha brewing, fermentaholics has it! In today’s world of Amazon 10-packs and overconsumption, I especially appreciate that I can buy ONE of something, like the muslin tea bag, or muslin jar cover when one is all I need. (Who needs free Amazon shipping when the shipping cost for the one tea bag I needed was just 99¢?!)
Thanks Fermentaholics!”
“Wow!! We have experienced a new degree of excellence in customer service!!! Thank you so much!! And the products we have purchased are the best!! We made a first puchase of swing top bottles, quickly realizing we'd like to double our available bottles. We ordered a second set of eight along with a kombucha scoby. We had never tried kombucha before (only ginger bug). Scoby is doing great; on our third fermentation now. Loving our newfound probiotic! The ginger bug, though! We combine the gingerbug with apple juice and the fermentation goes crazy!!! It has been so much fun! We are SO THANKFUL to have found Fermentaholics! A+ on customer service and products!!!”
“Good products for the home chef, shipped quickly, packaged well, and delivered as promised. Can’t ask for more than that from an independent on-line company. It’s my first stop for canning needs.”
