We made a first puchase of swing top bottles, quickly realizing we'd like to double our available bottles. We ordered a second set of eight along with a kombucha scoby. We had never tried kombucha before (only ginger bug). Scoby is doing great; on our third fermentation now. Loving our newfound probiotic! The ginger bug, though!
