“I ordered a scoby and both because they're in the bottom right and I'm in the top left and Fed-Ex is as reliable as politicians are honest it took a while to arrive. Can't blame the fine folks at Fermentaholics for that but one should plan accordingly.
I read their how to section and one other online source and proceeded to make kombucha. I just finished he second fermentation on my second batch and it's been pretty damned easy. I also have started 6 new scoby to make larger batches and that appears to be going to plan.
