“This was our second visit to Ferry Marina, brilliant staff, fantastic boats, ivory emblem was superb to handle, boat was spotless, and reliable, one minor hiccup, but quickly rectified, thank you for a fantastic holiday guys and girls.”

“Out of office hours support not very good. Left messages was told I would be contacted back about an issue and never heard back from them, was suppose to have 2 TVs on board but only was given one. So check things off against what your supposed to have before you leave.”

“Very good set up from booking to returning Star Emblem. Plenty of room to load & unload. The boat was clean & trouble free. The only downside was they didn't have a life jacket big enough for our Labrador, luckily he only swam with permission! Thanks for a wonderful few days.”

“Choose boat wisely as some are very basic and the pictures can be deceiving, Ruby emblem was very clean but very old and needs to be plugged into the electric just to work the microwave. The service however is modern and don't be afraid to raise any concerns as they are more than helpful.”

“From arrival to departure I could not fault the service we received. My only gripe(otherwise it would have been 5 star) was from before we arrived due to our boat being heavily discounted for last minute bookings .”

“Booking and all contact was excellent with the team. I contacted the team a few days before our arrival and they could not have been any more helpful stating the boat may well be ready earlier than the planned pick up time. On arrival the team made us feel welcome, especially the lady from Cornwall (sorry forgot her name) and the boat was ready to go. Excellent service from start to finish and silver Emblem was a superb boat.”

“As first timers afloat by ourselves we felt very confident in the service offered by Ferry Marina. Everything was included in the price, the boat was fine (6 of us on a 6-8 berth craft meant plenty of room.) a good, fun experience.”

“I would just like to thank all the staff at Ferry Marina for a wonderful week on Zircon Emblem. This is the best boat we have ever hired, huge comfortable bed and shower with plenty of space for two people. So many people took pictures of her and even selfies on it. The only slight negatives are the shower fan is very noisey, it would be better on a seperate switch and I would feel safer with full side screens on the upper deck. Otherwise perfect the all in one price with no extras to pay is the best idea ever. We will be back.”
