“Staff friendly and helpful. Boat comfortable, though the lighting in the saloon could be brighter. Electric flush for the loos? But lovely to have two.”

“We arrived early,and were allowed to get away early which was terrific. There were a couple of minor complaints we could have made,but we thought we may have put the staff under pressure by being as early as we were. Having said that the boat and staff were super (as always).”

“This was our second stay at Tealby , the first time was a 3 night stay which we enjoyed so much we stayed this time for the week . We have also stayed previously twice in Deerfoot and once in The Little House . On every occasion the staff at Ferry Marina have been extremely friendly and helpful making the whole time on the Broads a superb enjoyable experience . Yes we are coming back for another week in 2020 . We would recommend that you try Ferry Marina first if wanting to stay in a luxurious river side property , knowing everything will be a first class experience .”

“The booking process was very straightforward and the staff very cheery and helpful on arrival. The boat was clean and well looked after. The accommodation was comfortable and everything we expected was provided. A pity about the weather!”

“Ferry Marina only have one standard...excellent. Their use of time served craftsmen, knowledgeable boat men and a first class customer service team means I've never been disappointed during my 8 years of hiring a Broads cruiser from their yard. We've watched as over the years they've built a fine reputation and now offer some of the most modern and highest quality craft available. Our 1st and only choice.”

“Excellent staff all very friendly. Only issue was the boat we had, had a leaky hatch. They tried to fix it but with no luck. Meant we either got wet when it rained or had no natural light in living area.”

“We go every year due to mom being in a wheelchair and have a small dog. The staff are welcoming and informative. The boat caters for all are needs and is easy-to-use and manuver. If you want to relax and chill , I would recommend this type of holiday. C u next year, Mac”

“Little disappointed as we was told someone would visit the boat first thing in the morning as soon as the office opened to hand over however this wasn’t the case I had to chase as it got to 10.30 also had issues with the throttle got stuck a few times maybe a gear cable issue otherwise we had a good time”

“been coming once or twice a year for decades now and boat "Silent emblem" was best we've ever had. Toasty warm at night because of its radiator and towel rail. lovely shower room, just like a good hotel. Should be a selling point because it's critical at this time of year for those of us of advancing years! Very friendly and helpful staff. Also like that EVERYTHING is included in the price. No extras.”

“We enjoyed a very short weekend break onboard Diamond Emblem. 6 adults and 2 children. We had to spend the first night at Ferry Marina, due to late arrival and work commitments and we didn't know the office closed at 5 pm (take note). Despite this, we set off into the broads early the next morning. We didn't have a great deal of time to venture too far but we managed a couple of well-reviewed pubs for meals and got as far as Great Yarmouth. The boat was clean and tidy throughout. Being first timers the demo was invaluable and even then getting used to handling the boat was great fun. The boat is 10 berth across 4 bedrooms and the living area. I would recommend getting a larger berth to your party size (the bedrooms are cramped but hey you're on a boat!). If you were relying on the living space for a bedroom too, this would prove inconvenient and probably disruptive. Overall we had a lovely time and the staff at Ferry Marina were great. By the way, we had awful weather for most of our break but it didn't dampen the experience.”
