“We hired White Emblem Friday -Monday to celebrate a birthday. We did not know what to expect, but can honestly say we had the most wonderful time. Such a relaxing time, enjoying the sites and the wildlife. Mooring the boat was a task, but with practice my partner soon picked it up. Very friendly staff, happy to assist and answer any questions we threw at them. Would certainly recommend this to anybody that just want peace, quite, relaxation and FUN”

“Arrived at around 13:30 and our boat (Silent Emblem) was ready for us to take over straight away. The boat was very clean and the briefing giving on how to use the electrical system was very good giving us all the information we needed. Help from the boat yard staff when we had a few minor problems was first class. Already booked to go again next year.”

“Boat was clean and well equipped but had flaws. One toilet very difficult to use, one bed collapsed and the steering mechanism looked like it needed attention. Information given was very good as was the initial briefing. I would book again but only if I could look round the boat first.”

“The staff are just wonderful and so helpful. I would suggest that in the brochure is advertised as unsuitable for disabled people as there are too many steps on board.”

“Our party of 8 had a very pleasant time in Bittern Lodge, Ferry Marina. The lodge has 4 bedrooms, all with ensuite which is very difficult to find on the Broads for 4 couples. The lodge was in a lovely location on the marina and well equipped. It is easy walking distance to Pedros Tapas and the Ferry Inn pub or a little further into Horning itself. Just wish we could find something like this overlooking the river so we could watch the boats going back and forward”

“We enjoyed our holiday immensely, the scattering of our sons ashes under Wroxham Bridge although emotional went well. However 'Sun Emblem' was rather tired and in certain area's was in a poor state of cleanliness (Canopy & tracks, Windows & frames, Windshield and folding rear panel, Rear toilet, Fridge and the upholstery) We have used other companies over the years, this being the first with yourselves and we are pleased to say, the location is good, the service excellent and the staff extremely friendly and helpful. we would use Ferry Marina again albeit in a more modern boat”

“We had Ruby Emblem 2 - the boat served us very well . The boat was very clean and we could not fault the quality of sheets, duvets, utensils. We had a great week - weather could have been better. We will upgrade boat next time and would certainly use Ferry Marina again - a very great boating company.”

“this was the first time I have used this company. booked Aqua Emblem first impression was good, friendly staff, hand over was good everything explained. nice touch you get to keep the skippers manual. on return plenty of staff to get you moored up would certainly recommend to friends and would be a repeat customer.”

“First time on the Boards for us so we chose Ferry Marina at Horning,lovely village with 3 great pub restaurants,the staff at Ferry Marina were very friendly and informative and we were in charge of our own boat within an hour of arriving(White Emblem),due to the late check in times(2pm)we decided to spend the night on the boat in the village and set off the next morning,on returning to the boat that evening after a nice meal in the Ferry Inn the TV on board wouldn't work so we reported it and had it rectified by staff the next day,which broke down again the next day and I had to reroute the aerial myself,the freezer door also was broken due to the tiny freezer being packed with ice and not allowing the door to close fully,if anything the whole boat was well used and looking quite tired,should have inspected the online photos more closely but apart from that the whole experience was enjoyable and I'm glad we did it.”

“This was our 3rd time with Ferry Marina, we wouldn't go with anyone else now, great prices & a wide range of boats to choose from. A little bit disappointed with our boat, we had Ivory for our honeymoon 4 years ago, a long time for a boat but she could do with a bit of tlc to fix the little niggles. We enjoyed our week and hope to return next year.”

“Had a lovely time, the weather was kind very little rain. The boat was clean on pick up and the staff was most helpful in explaining the boat's equipment. As for the exploring the rivers of the broads stunning.”

“Excellent trip staff seem a little stressedand handover was rushed perhaps more information about mooring back at the marina would of been helpfulas we were discouraged to moor back at night but they let other cruisers moor???”

“First time on the broads so a little apprehensive but nothing to worry about. Instructions and hand over of the boat smooth. Chose Silent Emblem which was efficient quiet and easy to manavere. Enjoyed the broads and would choose Ferry Marina again no problem.”
