“Great boat - Diamond Emblem 2 - though seating area not very comfortable for lounging and not bags of storage space as expected and there were 7 of us on board not the maximum of 10.”

“Our 4th holiday on the Norfolk Broads using Ferry Marina. All of the staff were very helpful and very friendly. Our boat, Solitaire Emblem was clean, well equipped and a very spacious layout. We would highly recommend Ferry Marina and will certainly be back again in the future.”

“Once again another great holiday on the Broads with Ferry Marina. Although the boat Silent Emblem was a fantastic boat unfortunately there was insufficient information on the generator causing of moments stress. The response though to my calls for advise was within 10 minutes”

“Just back from a Friday to Monday break on the diamond emblem 1, I must say from start to finish ferry marina were excellent, their boats appear to the nicest most modern hire boats I saw on the broads, and the fact everything is included made it hassle free! I’ll definitely be recommending ferry marina”

“Our first trip on The Broads and very glad we chose Ferry Marina - the boat was immaculate and worked flawlessly. Compared to a lot of the other boats from other yards we saw on the trip - we made the right decision!”

“Our family party of 6 had a wonderful week on Jasmine Emblem. It was a first Broads holiday for 2 grandsons aged 19 and 13. They fell in love with the whole experience and are wondering when they can do it again. After several years using a boatyard which we liked but which has now closed we had a couple of unhappy experiences with another company. We decided to try Ferry Marina as the boatyard always looked well ordered when passing by and we heard nothing but praise from other Ferry customers when we found ourselves moored near them and had a chat. The boatyard is well maintained and tidy, We like that fact that our car stays where we park it in a proper car park and we didn't have to hand the key over. We were impressed with the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff. The handover on collecting the boat was excellent with good instruction. On returning the boat the few comments we had about minor details needing some attention were noted with the assurance that they would be dealt with for the next hirers. When I said I had a booking for another boat next Spring the nice lady (whose name I forgot to get - sorry!) made time to take me to see it. All together a good experience.”

“Worrying start due to a ‘hash’ made of my booking. They had taken the money (£1690 from my account) but after a week of no confirmation arriving I got in touch. They said I hadn’t booked as they had no record of payment but someone remembered the enquiry ?!! After a few awkward conversations that day (and possibly a panic in the office) and a sleepless night for me, by 9 o’clock the next morning everything had been ‘found’ and we were good to go !! The office staff were excellent and efficient on arrival, Ian gave us a relaxed, assured handover despite the late afternoon arrival of ourselves. The boat ( Golden ) was very comfortable and clean and well presented. We enjoyed an excellent week and I’m sure If we were to rebook, there wouldn’t be the fiasco over the booking next time. 5 stars for the holiday. One lost because of the booking.”

“Silent Emblem was a fantastic boat, very luxurious, very eco friendly, lots of mod cons and very quiet which was a whole new experience for us. Apart from the mechanical glitch, which all boats have from time to time, we loved it, great boat, great yard, great staff, thank you Ferry Marina.”
