“Fantastic holiday Staff very friendly and helpful Nothing too much trouble Even a free taxi ride from 1 of the staff and she returned our phone which was left in her car Thank you so much and would not hesitate to book with you again.”

“Great start to a new experience for us. Really helpful on arrival, instruction very thorough and more to the point, clear. Facilities for loading/unloading were the best we saw as we travelled around. Boat really well designed, clean, equipped and everything worked - even the shower had some pressure. Certainly much more than a 'caravan that floats'; which to be honest was our expectation. Minor issue with the boat on the last day which was sorted swiftly and we were back on our way within 30 minutes. Fuel, pump out etc. being all included made for ease and one less thing to think about on the last day. Overall really impressed with the service and the team we met from Ferry Marina. Please pass on our thanks for a great week. The Marshalls”

“Very nice boat apart from the cleanliness, had crumbs left in the kitchen from previous people, the dust around was thick, the price that we paid which was a lot for 4 days on the boat to be left in that state is not good enough. Also arrived at 1.45 15mins before we could get on the boat to be told it's not ready and will call when it is. We waited till 2.25 no call, went back as website states we can have boat from 2.00. Also to have to return at 9.00 on departure day is to early so in theory we had boat for 4nights and 3 days. Other than that we did enjoy stopping off and exploring the pubs and seaside town.”

“Such an amazing holiday made perfect by such great staff and a high quality boat. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. We have had broads boats from other companies before but Ferry Marina by far has been the best and will we’ll be back very soon. Many thanks to everyone.”

“From the moment we booked to the handover of the boat (Silent Emblem) we were greated well by many members of staff, the blonde short haired lady on reception was very welcoming and sized us all up for life jackets and went through all the paperwork with us. The Boat was being fixed when we arrived but only a relay and these things happen. Parking was a bit busy but it’s a busy boat yard. Will definitely be rebooking .”

“First time on the Broads for me and my family. A little nervous with having a 5 year old and dog. Staff were brilliant when we collected the boat made us feel reassured that the main thing is for us to stay safe and not worry about bumping the boat when mooring up etc. My partner got the induction which really thorough. Great fleet of boats with all different sizes and styles. Can’t wait for next year 👍”

“Boat in poor condition for money charged I had expected better,(visuallyscuffed blinds / curtains for windows with missing pop studs, curtain wire falling out of the wall) toilet light failed, toilet overflowed when filling water tank, was not told about which way to have switch on toilet neither is it in the instructions, and the boat failed to start on the last day so had to call out for rescue fortunately we where not far from the yard.”

“Boat ready at 2pm (Crystal Emblem), clean and well equipped. Useful info supplied and full demonstration of all the features. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Grandchildren (11 & 14) loved it despite no wifi! Weather was excellent which helps, of course, but a lovely holiday with no problems.”

“This is the second time we have used the Ferry Marina although we have been visiting the Broads for many years. We will continue to use Ferry Marina for several reasons: 1. The boat is good value for money. It feels luxurious but costs less than some boatyards. 2. We love the layout of the Silver Emblem with the kitchen at the front a real winner for us. 3. We love the position of the boatyard. We can moor overnight and walk to our favourite deli and pop into the Horning Ferry Marina. 4. The staff are all so friendly, nothing is too much trouble. We are definitely planning our next trip but not before we visit the Little House later in the year.”

“Had a really great few days on the Amber Emblem, which matched our needs perfectly. We were very impressed with the boat and the high standard of fixtures and fittings, and everything was spotlessly clean. The Ferry Marina team were friendly and efficient, and special thanks to Dennis for his helpful pre-trip briefing. We would definitely return!”
