“Another great holiday on The Broads on a Ferry Marina boat, Jade Emerald. Really helpful and friendly staff, Horning is the best place to start a holiday and the 14.00 is a bonus. Already booked for next year Thanks for a great holiday”

“The reception staff were very helpful and the collection of the boat was easy and incident free. The boat was clean and all things mechanical worked without a hitch. However some of the routine maintenance should be considered as a couple of things required attention, which we informed them at the end of our week. These were the lower Bow thruster switch came away in your hand, the rear toilet was loose and the rear bedroom door handle was broken and therefore didn’t stay closed. The boat was an excellent designed boat and we will book through Ferry Marina in the future.”

“this year was the fifth year in a row that we have rented one of your riverside houses and as always we have had a great holiday,we have booked tealby again for 2019 and are looking forward to that . horning is a lovely village with everything you need for a great time . see you again next year. r hudson.”

“We had a great time in Azure Emblem for a long weekend. We had never done it before but found it relatively easy and would definitely recommend it. The guy that did our demo was very friendly and helpful (don't know his name but he was quite tall and slim with long-ish blonde hair)”

“The cruiser Diamond Emblem was a great boat , but definitely not suitable for 10 people. We found the sleeping, sitting and eating areas too small for our party of 10 . Definitely should only be an 8 person boat .”

“Had a great week aboard the tranquil emblem, boat fabulous, all mod cons, only grumps would be that the engine is directly under the mattress on the rear bed and was prone to heating up whilst running, retaining the heat and not cooling for the evening. Would be great in the colder months but not at the height of summer. Could do with a couple of additional vents to aid cooling. The tv position could be looked at too as it was tucked down and hard to see from all seating positions. Other than that, really enjoyed the boat.”

“Had Chrystal Emblem 2. From the first phone call, booking the boat, arriving to pick up the boat and ending the holiday, all the staff were very friendly and helpful. A very good holiday was had by all. Just one tiny comment, the windscreen wiper needs to be bigger. Thanks to all the staff. Hilary”
