“What a fantastic weekend. The staff were extremely helpful and showed us in depth how to work the boat! Absolutely beautiful area, very tranquil and chilled out. We only touched the surface of what we could do and where we could go and will definitely be returning. As soon as we had to vacate, we were choosing our next boat for next year - bigger and better now that we are experienced!!! Ha Ha. 100% highly recommend this company. Cannot wait to return :-)”

“Emblem quartz was a bit 'tired. Some windows not closing which caused leaking. Television aerial broken. Age stains on washbasins and sinks. Floor not clean. Still managed to enjoy the experience but glad only for a few days. Handover staff helpful although unsure about the working of the television.”

“The staff couldn't be more helpful, as we had 3 boats and very complicated requirements that they willingly sorted - it made all the difference to us. Boats clean and tidy too -so we all had a good 3 days, despite being new to it all.”

“We are a retired couple and stayed in Heron Cottage for a 4 night mid week break September 2018. Delighted with the property and quality of everything about it. Very clean. Welcome pack of essentials and a complimentary bottle of wine on arrival. Good WiFi upstairs, big smart TV’s in the lounge and bedrooms. Blue tooth tower speaker and a DVD player. Very comfortable beds and very well equipped kitchen. Large en-suite for each bedroom plus a toilet on the lounge level. Private deck area, Thank you Ferry Marina - We will be back. Photo is the view from the upstairs lounge windows”

“The staff at Ferry Marina are great, however I felt the boat, the Golden Emblem was very overpriced. We booked what we thought was a luxury boat for our honeymoon at a cost of £1325 for 4 days. However the boat is quite tired with a number of things not working: -The curtain in the back cabin did not close as the fastener was broken. -The extra seat cushions in the seating area do not match and do not fasten to the bed base so cannot be used as a comfortable bed. -The dials for the water did not work and constantly showed half full which meant we ran out of water and spent 6 hours trying find somewhere to get water, ultimately finding the mooring in Norwich. This was a real pain and unwanted stress on our honeymoon. -The dials for the toilet did not work either and the tanks constantly showed empty even after 4 days! I really feel we were overcharged for this boat.”

“Made to feel welcome from the outset. Staff very friendly & helpful. Had to have a minor repair on a WC lock (our fault) which was completed in 10 minutes. Excellent throughout, all shipmates thoroughly enjoyed the holiday. Will be sure to come back!”

“We had a wonderful long weekend with Ferry Marina. The boat (tranquil emblem) was immaculate, well kitted out and perfect for our needs. Beds were so comfortable. Everything was explained very clearly for us first-timers. We will definitely come back 😃.”
