“Ordered 2 pairs of size14 long trousers. 2 pairs of 14 reg trousers arrived. I had to pay return postage, and asked for 14 long to be provided. Next parcel arrived, with, yet again, 14 reg inside. So yet again, I'm paying return postage, which they will not refund. I have totally given up on them being able to supply the correct size! Buyers beware! Not a bargain once you've paid 2 lots of postage! Would never buy from them again”

“The delivery was very good, but: There is one problem: THE SIZE CHART EQUIVALENTS you show in your site for these Merrrell tremblant boots, for UK to US size is WRONG!!!! It is very important that you correct this, because my boots do not fit. Your size chart says UK 5.5 is equivalent US 6.5 It should say: UK 5.5 is equivalent US 8 If you find your table is wrong, maybe you can refund my money? Regards, Marcia”

“Jacket seems good; though not tested in proper rain yet! Thought I would remove the fur, but then the hood really isn't very big. I did pay for next day delivery, which failed (arrived >48 hours from ordering), Yodel seem particularly useless”

“Very poor service, the delivery was delayed for nearly a month, because you said one item (of three) was out of stock, but no attempt to deliver the other two items. When they turned up it was obvious from the tags that they were all from a shop, not stock. They were all supposed to be the same size (following your sizing guide on your website), mens shorts - large. Two pair were 34 inch waist, one pair 36 inch. Two pairs had to be returned, and you even have the cheek to have the customer pay the return postage. very poor service, you could learn a lot from other on-line retailers. I will not be purchasing from you again.”

“Product (boots) were too small and also faulty. When returned, my money was refunded promptly and without quibble. (This is the first time I've had any problems with a Field & Trek order.)”

“I'm always impressed with the price of the clothing as they are very much cheaper than everyone else. Postage is always very quick and the quality is very good. further more I always thought that the Karrimor brand was a cheap clothing brand but I am really impressed with the quality and performance of the gear that they make. Thanks Mark”

“Service was great. Unfortunately the Merrell Pace Glove Shoes I ordered have a moulded sole that hits uncomfortably on the inside of my foot. Vivobarefoot shoes have a completely flat sole and are good alternative minimal shoes.”

“the running leggings I purchased came with sports direct labels and security tags. I couldn't wear them until I went to a store to get the metal tags removed, which made ordering online and getting home delivery a bit pointless.”

“Specifically chose walking boots that were described as synthetic and did not contain leather according to the trek and field website, as I am vegan. When they arrived - made of leather. Very disappointed and annoyed.”
