“Order has not been delivered. No telephone number for customer services, you have to email them and it takes 1-2 days for them to respond, they ignore what you have emailed them. I kept being told my order had been delivered to a neighbour despite me advising that I have contacted my neighbours and nothing delivered! 5 days later still no delivery or refund! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! They are terrible!!!!!!!!!”

“I ordered a pair of shoes for next day delivery. That was fine, they arrived. BUT the entire bottom of the package was wet. Meaning the shoes were. This is inside the courier bag, which was watertight and undamaged. Really poor that it would be sent out like that.”

“Excellent quick service though information regarding tracking the item was a confusing! The goods said they were out for delivery one one day but turned up the following. It would be excellent if the tracking was more precise as is practiced by some other couriers now, you are given a google map reference as to where the driver is and estimated ETA.”
