“Placing of order to shipment took 4 days ! In the old days I would have received the order in 2. Also worth noting that if you make a mistake in an order there's no way you can go back in and change it. You have to return the items for replacement with the costs involved. There is NO contact telephone number. All contact is by e-mail. For a UK based operation I do not think this is good enough.”

“Unfortunately i cant give any higher than a 1 star rating as i still have not recieved my boots after almost a week. This is not entirely field and treks fault as the courier yodel has misplaced my parcel however i feel they could have done more such as despatching some new boots and then i could have returned the extra pair if they ever turn up. As it stands at the moment i have spent 50 odd quid on nothing.”

“Parcel arrived with a free mug - which was completely smashed up inside the box. I ordered a pair of sports sandles - straps defective on left shoe and so did not fit. I ordered 2 Karrimor running tops in the same size, one so huge that it drowned me, the other so tight I couldnt even get it over my head! But they were the same size? Other items smelled musty as if they had been in storage for a long time. And all the items had Sports Direct labels on them. Has F&T bought up lots of old and faulty stock from Sports Direct and is now selling it off cheaply online? Im not sure I would order from F&T again, sorry.”

“Cheap but comfortable boots. I've yet to see how well they will last with the miles I put in, but for the price I don't mind if they last a year. They were delivered within the time frame stated. No complaints so far.”

“My son is fairly pleased with these boots, but is frustrated that the insole in one boot has been glued down in the wrong place and makes it a little uncomfortable. Just a little irritating really. Good price and prompt delivery.”
