“Very good prompt service, excellent product which fits perfectly. It's a nice touch to add a free mug but unfortunately it was broken in transit. I ordered express next day delivery on a Sunday, having checked the details stating that Sundays were included in this deal but it did not arrive until Tuesday. Possibly worth deleting the "Sunday next day" option? Carrier was very efficient on the Tuesday, keeping me informed of the delivery status. I am considering ordering another pair of the Regatta Dayhike trousers as I am very happy with this supplier.”

“I was looking for a quality pair of walking shoes for my wife. We found the Salomon gtx at field and trek for the lowest price with cheap £2 delivery. With in 2 days we received the shoes, they were exactly what we were after. Very good on line shop”

“I bought 8 items. All the plastic bags were torn (obviously to scan tags). Due to large holes in these plastic bags some dirt and dust got inside. I had to clean the jackets myself.”

“Quick delivery for sure. And the 5 items match my orders. So 5 stars there. But I have an issue with one of the items and there is NO WAY for me to contact customer support. I am not sure if returning is the best option. I was thinking of exchanging but there is NO INFO AT ALL on their site about exchanges. Because of the TOTAL lack of customer support, this company deserves 1 star only. It is INFURIATING not being able to sort out a problem, not being able to talk to someone. Will NEVER use again.”
