“My item has still not reached the shop where i requested to collect it from”

“Ordering from you was easy and delivery was on time and you kept me in touch with the order BUT the shoes were uncomfortable , which is not your fault BUT it cost me to return the item and I had payed a delivery fee which was not refunded. The whole has cost me £7.84 for an item that was not suitable and would have been more if I had returned them as suggested by you - to be signed for. Very disappointing returns policy and I certainly wouldn't order directly from you on line again.”

“Yes, quick delivery but........odd shoes!,completely different styles. Bought karrimor Tobago sandals as Ive had them in the past and they are really comfortable. Delivered one Tobago and one Antigua,not even the same colour. Unbelievable! I now have to pay to return these . Wont be bothering ordering from here again.”

“I ordered North Face Pursuit Jacket and Puma running tights with pick up in my local Sports Direct store (no FieldandTrek around). Goods arrived in 6days (standard delivery) with free 5 pound voucher... Jacket great fit (and great price), tights a bit too small. I contacted FaT customer service to check if I can exchange small tights in SportsDirect and went back to store and exchanged for bigger size Karrimor. I can recommend Field and Trek as I am one happy customer:D”

“I have had to return my running shoes as one of them leaks. Went for a walk after the rain stoped and when I got home one of my feet was wet. So will have to wait and see how good the returns service is. When buying stuff in the past three has never been any problems with quality or delivery normal I am very pleased with the service from Field&Treck Gordon Hopes”

“This is the second pair of boots of this type I have bought . I wear them a lot so they do not last more than a couple of years, but are so comfortable! I got these at a rally good price as they are an old colour. They arrived very swiftly.”

“Best price I could find by far and incredibly quick service. Chose the deliver to Sports Direct store. Ordered on Saturday evening and picked it up in my lunch break on Monday. Bizarrely the same Salomon shoes were available in the store I picked my order up but nearly £30 more..... explain that one! Recommended.”
