The service from Field and Trek was very good and the trainers were despatched quickly from their warehouse. Unfortunately, the service from the courier, Yodel, was poor ( as usual in my experience ) and my order was delayed. Unless Field and Trek change their shipping courier, I'll be somewhat reluctant to order from them again.

Most internet clothing stores I have used offer free returns if you are not happy with an item. Field & Trek do not. When I purchased a pair of Karrimor Antibes Sandals from Field & Trek, they seem a little small for a 5 as my toes were almost hanging over the edge. I later noticed on quite a few reviews (mostly on Amazon) that this has been a common problem with this style. Many buyers suggested buying one size up. I had not realised this when I purchased them. As so many people have complained about the sizing, I saw this as a design flaw by Karrimor and not the fault of the customer. I emailed Field & Trek with this observation. I noticed that their returns label was not prepaid and asked if it was possible to return them and have a replacement pair one size up and not have to pay for any of the postage. I received the reply from Christopher: "Please be advised all of our shoes are sold in UK sizes I can advise that the customer must pay to return the item, if you were to choose an exchange then you would not have to pay for the exchange to be sent." What a shame their customer service couldn't have been a little more flexible. So purely down to their returns policy, I won't use Field & Track again. Very quick delivery though.

Very impressive......Chose trainers,paid with paypal,three days later,am wearing them.....What's not to like.....Super price,super service,quick delivery.....Wouldn't hesitate to buy from again .......10/10

We bought two pairs of Karrimor K2 sandals for my partner who had some last year and has worn them almost constantly. Field and Trek had the best price and their web site is easy to use and simple to complete purchases on. Delivery is quick and efficient with email communication all the way. I have shopped with Field and Trek in the past and certainly will do so in the future.

I sent after the tent from Sweden. I´t was very easy to bay it and the chipping tock very schort time!! I´m stund! And happey. Icaus when we ver going to try the tent for the first time it rained. *S* Ofkors! I reccomend both the tent and the chop Field and Rrek!! Thank You! From Sweden.

Automated emails received from Field & Trek were not clear. I had asked to collect my items from my local Sports Direct. I was notified when my order had been processed. I waited for 3 days more and then received an email asking for my feedback. I was confused and thought that maybe I had missed another email from Field and Trek so I thought I'd try phoning the Sports Direct store to see if the item had arrived. I tried several times. I was diverted to an 0844 or 0344 number and it just rang out for about 5 minutes with no recorded message or any kind of encouragement or reassurance. I got on the bus and travelled to the Sports Direct store to ask them in person. I waited in the queue there for about 10 minutes and then showed the woman serving (there was only one person serving) my email and reference number. She talked to me as if I were a 4 year old and pointed out that my email said "To be collected". "Yes, that's what I'm here to do" I said. She sighed and started repeating the same to me again and then a colleague asked her a question and she turned her back on me. That was my cue to leave the store before I became even more upset. She had made absolutely no attempt to check the system. She had no customer service skills. I have worked in customer facing environments for years and know that a little empathy goes a long way. Why not say "yes, I can see how that might be misleading" or even "I'm pretty sure it won't be here yet but hang on just a moment whilst I check for you"? At this point in time my severe dissatisfaction can not be mitigated by the pleasure of a new pair of walking boots as I don't yet have anything to show for my £75 apart from a plate full of frustration.

The product arrived well packaged and within time slot with no problems, quick & efficient service just like buying online should be and what customers now expect while shopping online. Well done Field & Trek.

I ordered item at 6.30pm and received at lunch the next day! However I did visit a coup!e of stores prior to this and was disappointed by the range of running shorts available.
