“Field and track were very good as they sorted out a problem that I had. One thing that I would say is for them to put a phone number on their Ebay selling site so, like me I didn't understand the emails that they sent me so I needed to phone them. Which they sent me in an email. But other than that I will deal with them again.”

“Fast response to my online order. But sadly the size I ordered was too small. I ordered with a view to wanting the item for use in a couple of weeks time but now have to send back and wait for a replacement - if that service is as quick then I will be very happy with the service.”

“I rarely write feedback, but this site was so easy to use and the prices were cheaper than anywhere by a mile. The only criticism is I wish they had a larger variety of stock for camping so I could buy more.”

“Order is two days late, tracking doesn't work. Asking for a review before the product arrives is a stupid idea therefore if there was an option for no stars you would have got zero! One star is really too generous.”

“All items delivered within specified time. One item (camping mug) was covered in black sticky stuff, which didn't come off after soaking in hot soapy water & scrubbing. Apart from that, everything else was as described and all ok.”
