“I've used Field and Trek on numerous occasions and their products have been great and delivery prompt. I am only sad that they no longer supply Scarpa boots.”

“Ordered 3 items online to then get an email saying 2 items were out of stock. P&P charge meant getting remaining low cost item was not good value so emailed to cancel order. Emailed has been ignored and now have email saying item is ready for collection”

“I ordered 2 items costing over £100 which would have attracted a £20 voucher. F&T subsequently cancelled 1 order and presented me with a bill for the other, no mention of the voucher. I spent a long time trying to work out how to contact them and then sent off an email. No reply. Stay well clear of these cowboys”

“Not sure what to put in this review as I haven't received my order yet. I am still waiting for an email to let me know it has arrived at my designated collection point. Maybe when it arrives F&T will ask me to send another review.”

“Received goods promptly but when it came to make an enquiry to exchange goods I found it incredibility frustrating to find a contact number or e-mail address. I have sent an e-mail (found an email address after a lot of searching but not sure if it is the correct one for my enquiry) a few days ago but have not had an answer so am not happy with the aftercare.”
