“The products are of high quality, the transport is safe and comes in time. We are pleased, but at the head of communication there is still little to work. There were products that after I ordered and paid it were not in stock, I sent an email to the site to replace them with the same type of products but another number, we did not receive any answer if they could or not. The automatic answer is meaningful, but a man has to intervene to solve the small problems he has encountered. Because of this I can not give you excellent”

“I bought a Weird Fish man's sweatshirt as a present. It's relatively light weight and not stiff so should be comfortable. It was a good price and was delivered quickly. However, the packaging was a bit flimsy and could easily be torn in transit and I was very unhappy about the complete absence of any paperwork. Usually on-lijne purchases are sent with an invoice with a tear-of strip for return and instructions on what to do (some suppliers have free returns). It just felt a bit dodgy and I was relieved I didn't need to return it as it may take some effort to return.”

“My last three orders from F&T have had issues. Previously I've ordered mens training shoes UK size 11.5 and US size 11.5 turned up making them a size too small. I ordered a goretex jacket last year and the one that arrived had splashes of anti theft ink on it, this should have noticed/checked by the person preparing the order before dispatch. Finally my last order was for a size 7 training shoe and a size 8 turned up in a size 7 box, again a quick size check would have avoided this. I'm hoping that customer services at F&T will realise the error and offer a pre paid postage label to return items. On a positive note I was offered a discount on the coat which was acceptable.”

“order never confirmed or money taken out of account for 4 days, on the 3rd day after hearing nothing we ordered the same items again. After repeating the same order, the first order arrived the next day (4th day)went onto the website to cancel the order straight away and we heard nothing, I asked for a returns label as the order was heavy and we had cancelled the 2nd order within hours of ordering it. Unfortunately we heard nothing from the company, it is extremely poor that you cannot speak to anybody and that emails and requests are ignored. I will not be using this website again as a lot of the reviews are negative and the service I received was below par. I still await a returns label which I am almost sure will not arrive to pay the postage!!!”

“Ordered two things, the thing i most wanted was in stock on the website but then before delivery I was told it was out of stock and wasn't being sent. I wasn't given a chance of cancelling the whole order.”
