“Clearly some lack of coordination with the courier company over the Christmas / New Year period - the package arrived before the email saying it had been passed to teh courier company! Otherwise, trouble free - as expected.”

“Superb service! Ordered walking boots on Boxing Day and they arrived on Monday - can't get better than that, especially over the Christmas shut down. The boots were a bargain price compared to all other retailers and arrived well packaged. Can't fault their website or service - well done!”

“I was very impressed with the price of the trainer I ordered, they arrived promptly, but was very dissappointed to find that the box marked correctly as size 6:5 the shoes inside were 5:5 so I have had to send them back and asked for a replacement in the correct size. I have not had any communications back yet? Looking on the website it seems that the trainers I ordered are no longer available, I hope you will honour the price which I ordered the first pair to replace with the correct size, through no fault of my one?”

“The dispatch and delivery time was excellent, I would have gave a 5 star very good rating but for one issue. When I received the items I ordered there was a free mug inside (I didn't know I was getting ), unfortunately this was in so many pieces it looked like it was smashed with a hammer. This will not stop me shopping at field and trek because there items are good value and the delivery time is excellent.”
