“Delivery arrived on the day specified, purchases well packaged and in perfect condition. Delighted with the Karrimor Alpiniste Jacket although yet to take it for a test run. Pleased with the Karrimor walking shoes but could have done with a size smaller, shoe fit always problematic as sizes from different manufacturers vary. Yet to decide whether to return for different size.”

“They didn't have my size of shoe in any of the shops I visited on holiday - Lake District, Cumbria, so the shop manager personally ordered the shoes on-line for me in my size and organised for them to be delivered to my local Sports Direct store where I live - Neath, South Wales. The two companies are one and the same. The shoes were duly delivered to my local Sports Direct store within a week of me returning from holiday. I was continually kept up to date on the progress of my order by email.”
