“Wanted to replace Salomon Trail running shoes which we love but they had become worn to death! Found the gore tex version at a good discount with Field and Trek and bought two pairs for myself and my wife - the purchase and delivery was really easy and trouble free. We were kept well informed about delivery progress and they arrived pretty swiftly within the time stated. Hopefully, the trainers will prove to be as popular as our last pair!”

“Ordered a pair of scapa boots, they arrived fine, but were the wrong size, sent them back for the size ordered and was dumbfounded to find that the exact same had happened again! Not great.”

“I will be contacting customer services separately but decided to complete this too. I made an order to be sent to my friend. Why have you sent an email on my email address to my friend asking for feedback? Really bad, especially when you failed to send her the right product, twice. Really poor service by Field and Trek. Especially galling to have to pay return postage when Field and Trek sent the wrong size, twice.”

“Although next day delivery was paid for, the item was delivered a day later.I e mailed to enquire about delivery and received a standard message reply. Further e mails received no reply.it would have been helpful to have a telephone number and be able to discuss with a person! .”

“The trousers I ordered came fairly quickly. I ordered size 10 walking trousers in petite as I am 5ft.3in. However, the trousers are 2 inches too long and unfortunately I am unable to use them. I believe my height is usually quoted as petite so I am mystified and disappointed.”
