“I have been sent the wrong size shoe. There is a returns service, but I think its really unfair that I have to pay return postage when it is the companies mistake. Its also a real hassle when I am so busy to spend time correcting their mistake.”

“Got this item for my wife as her old Karrimor coat was starting to let in the rain, I was surprised at the knock down price for a Sprayway coat of this quality, and my good lady is very pleased to. The purchase was easy, nice little steps for me to follow and the communications from both Field & Trek and the courier were very good plus I was able to track the item, shame they couldn’t give a a.m. or p.m. but you can’t have it all I suppose.”

“This would have been higher had the tiem sent been of the size ordered! I clearly ordered 9.5 (shoes) and 8.5 was delivered. Currently exchanging without charge, which is why it's not "Very Poor", but I'm not impressed”

“I ordered online because in your shop all of these shirts were stained by the bright pink 'SALE' labels. The printing ink had rubbed off of these labels because they were not sealed with a varnish after printing - shop staff seemed unconcerned. Also is it really necessary to put the round stickers on the front of these Karrimor shirts which leaves a spirit gum residue on the shirt when removed. All very irritating!”

“I was very pleased with the quick delivery. After having many hassles with other companies websites that accepted the order and two days later cancelled the order due to it being out of stock. I missed out on the chance to get the tent at a reduced price of £300. I was disappointed after ordering from your company, within days the price had been reduced to £300”
