“Goods arrived just about in tact. The delivery company Yodel must have spotted there was a bit rip in the plastic packaging, but did not alert me. By good fortune, the smaller item was still in the package and nothing was damaged. I had to be around all day as the tracking services gives you no idea when the package will turn up. Goods look good and I hope that Brasher is still as good as it was, this is my first new pair of boots in over ten years.”

“As always, quick delivery even on the free option, goods well packaged. Struggle sometimes with web page navigation on a tablet (iOS and Android) because applying filters sometimes won't let a page swipe up and pressing the next page option causes the site to go back a page instead of forward. I have cancelled a number of orders part way through out of sheer frustration as a result of this but when I do perseve the service is excellent.”

“The two garments I ordered look good and good value for money. HOWEVER, one of the garments still has the security tag under the arm! We live 100 miles North of Glasgow but will have to make a trip to Glasgow to Sports Direct shop to have the security tag removed. I could, of course, return the garment to have the security tag removed and wait for it to be returned to me. I have bought many things from Field & Trek/Sports Direct so I guess this will not put me off buying again. It may put me off buying online.”

“I'm hoping the Normal rating is deserved. Delivery arrived on time and I tried the sandals on immediately. As I tightened the toggle the elastic became detached from the tab. I know this is only a case of poor stitching but I have had to return the product for a full refund plus the £3.95 postage charge is cost me to return the item.”

“Bought 3 shirts by 2 manufacturers, all XL which according to the chart was big enough for my chest measurement, none of them fitted my chest! Bought an XL shirt from M& S instead - fits fine. Now I find I have to pay to return the 3 ordered from you. Even if I could take them to a store, you don't have one within 30 miles of me ( Portsmouth) Shan't use you again.”

“Paid the extra for next day delivery. By the end of the next day no delivery. Next day + 1 no delivery. Finally Next day + 2 order delivered. I was not notified of the delay and only got info after I had to enquire about my order. Very poor customer service.”

“Speed of delivery and ease of use on the Website are key to any business field and trek have got this. As for the goods that I have purchased I was disappointed that one of the shirts that I had purchased has got a mark on it that looks like a makers flaw,having said that quality control should have picked up on this. I will return this item to the shop in Aberdeen rather than return to the vendors base as I should not have to pay for postal returns. This does not mean that I will not be using this company again.”

“A friend told me he had seen the item I had been looking for in the Field & Trek shop for £31.99 (Coleman Beach Shelter in blue & white). I found it at their online shop for £29.00 + £3.99 P&P so only £1.00 extra to the shop price to have it delivered to my door! It wasn't worth driving over to my nearest shop half an hour away so this turned out to be very convenient. The item was delivered within a few days, signed-for delivery, all very easy and efficient with emails for tracking its progress on its journey.”
