“An item I ordered was faulty so had to be returned. What I found unacceptable was that I had to actually pay to return faulty goods! I will not be using Field and Trek again unfortunately.”

“Happy with goods and the delivery time however I was not happy with the broken cup sent as a free gift. I managed to prevent my grandson being injured when he helped unwrap the parcel. I was horrified to find a cup broken in three extremely sharp pieces. Otherwise happy with product and prompt delivery, confirmation and delivery emails.”

“I received my two pairs of Merrell walking shoes. However, in the overall package was another packet, marked fragile, with items for another customer. I contacted the company to inform them that this had happened. I received an e-mail, in bad English, from Izabela in Customer Services telling me that I have to get the packet retuned with the packing note etc. In other words I have to cover for the incompetence of Field & Trek in the despatch of its goods. I have to pay for suitable packing to send a "fragile" item in the free post and waste my professional time making these arrangements. This is unacceptable and illustrates just what a dysfunctional organisation Field & Trek is and should not be recommended in future.”

“Good delivery with Yodel who left parcels in dry in greenhouse.Good quality productson the whole.Has the £3 been refunded to my card as replacement(case) was smaller and cheaper?”

“Ordered boots which were to be delivered from Yodel. Yodel emailed me to say item has been delivered. I arrived home to no item. I called Yodel the following day to ask where it was delivered to they said that they do not know where it was delivered and would get the driver to look into this. This was Tuesday and to date I have not received a reply.”

“Ordered scarpa walking boots that were reduced from £195 to £73. Ordered them on Friday afternoon and were delivered on Monday morning, great service and great walking boots.”

“Items were delivered next day on Saturday as requested. Only issue was that a dispatch notification was not sent on Friday so I was expecting that they would not come. The items were as ordered so overall I'm happy enough but lack of a dispatch email is poor.”

“I ordered from you a new pair of Keen Newport sandals. I had researched well prior to purchase from you. It was price alone which secured you my custom. On receipt however I note that you are responsible for placing one of your pricing stickers in the heel of the right hand sandal. I have attempted to remove this with grear difficulty and even now, the remnants of the sticker's glue and other material have permanently defaced the product. I have photographed the same as proof of the problem. I note your return's costs have to be met by the buyer even it seems in events like this hence me 'making do' with a product that is marred by a foolhardy procedure of placing stickers which then are left to the buyer to attempt to remove because in all probability, one so placed cannot be satisfactorily removed by you prior to dispatch. The price listed on the sticker wasn't even the price I paid which makes the nonsense of any of this even more displeasing for me. I am at a loss as to how to now remedy the mistake made by others. Please contact me regarding this. As such, my rating can be no other than poor as I am dissatisfied with what has occurred.”

“After searching for the best price on a specific item, I couldn't find a better deal than with Field & Trek. That also included adding delivery, which was minimal. To cap it all, the speed of delivery was excellent. I have used them in the past and will certainly use them in the future, when the need arises.”

“The item I ordered was very good, but i paid for next day delivery. The courier company you use -yodel - are letting you down. I did not get the service i paid for as the driver ignored a large note asking him to either leave my parcel in a safe place or to call a number and someone could be there within a couple minutes to sign for it. Because of this my parcel arrived too late for the purpose it was purchased for. So i am not happy and will not be useful your company again because of this”
