“Excellent service and great value - thank you. I just wish you wouldn't send those enormous Sports direct mugs as a free gift - because this time was broken in eight pieces when it arrived so was a waste of time and money!”

“Fantastic price for a pair of Brasher Walking Shoes.The only reason i did not give 5 stars was I did not receive any confirmation of when the item would be posted. As it was the item was posted within 2 days of receiving the order and received the day after. Overall a very good experience from this company whom I would highly recommend.”

“Good on line service and sale goods are very good value. Return option available and full details sent with goods (not used). The gift was a Sports Direct mug (are they the same company now?). Must be the fifth I have and useful for washing brushes but not for drinking. The mug must have doubled the postage costs; I could suggest a more economic way of offering a gift but maybe there are huge stocks of this mug! A reliable company and good choice and service. Suggest you ask NOT to deliver the mug however. This makes delivery more practical (I had to collect mine!) Phil”

“The products were as expected and the delivery process was good once I managed to place the order. But that was the problem: placing the order! There was a glitch and I could not check out. There's no phone number to contact you so I had to write. I waited 2 days for a response, only to be told to send in the code numbers of the products that I placed in my basket. Seriously? do you honestly think this is the kind of information that I would have, especially when your website is not working so I could not even check online? It took me 7 days to place my order. With this precedent, next time I'll try again, we all deserve a second chance, but if faced with the same situation, unfortunately I will be forced to look elsewhere. Thank you for taking the time to read the customers' feedback.”

“This is our second Karrimor voyager 100 L bag purchase. Had to get rid of one of our bags after two trips, as there was a hole in one end after one trip and then wear and tear was a lot worse after second trip. However we used them for overlanding for two months in Africa so hardly surprised they were handled roughly. Handle height is great especially for taller people.”

“I ordered a footprint for a particular tent.The price was the cheapest I could find through Field&Trek so I ordered from them.Expectant time of arrival was about 4 to 5 days and my order was delivered within 2 days. I would definitely use Field & Trek again.”

“Be careful when you buy any of the cycling clothing from muddy fox. The sizing is extremely small. I ordered several pairs of bib tights and some thermal leggings. These were all extra large. I took them to a friend of mine who is a medium fit and he was also unable to put them on. Field and trek were very good when I sent the goods back and gave me a full refund. However I still had to pay postage which cost me £4.20 which is not refundable. If I had read my posting I would not have purchased the muddy fox clothing. Beware!”
