“The items ordered were as expected and very good value for money, although the sizes both in shoes and clothing seemed a little small compared to identical products bought in shops. I found the inclusion of the very heavy and rather ugly sports direct cup as an unwanted free gift unnecessary, especially since the very same cup is included with each order. I would rather have a discount voucher or similar, if freebies are on offer. Thank you.”

“Ordered a 3-in-1 waterproof jacket, next day delivery as I needed it urgently. The jacket arrived obviously used- no tags, scraped on one shoulder and with a used tissue in the pocket. No more in stock to replace it with, so no waterproof for me when i needed it. Apalling service!!”

“Very poor customer service. Take your money even when goods no longer in stock, despite stating on their e mail that no money will be taken for the no longer available items. Forcing you then to go through the hassle/inconvenience of then claiming a refund”

“Item (walking sandals) are as I hoped and expected from viewing them online. Fit well - size 8 - but haven't walked anywhere in them yet so hoping there won't be too much breaking in to do - the only part where they could rub might be the heel strap I think. They look attractive but functional. Delivery efficient - lots of notifications about it's progress and arrived 3 or 4 days after ordering”
