“One problem was obvious. There was no reference to a Customer Services phone number whatsoever anywhere I could see, should I wish to discuss a problem with a real person, perhaps about delivery or the item I purchased. However the item was delivered promptly even though the delivery address was relatively remote, thank you.”

“I bought Karrimor Antibes sandals in Keswick when on holiday. I was so pleased with them, I bought a further pair on-line when I got back to Surrey. At around £20, I think that they are excellent value. Three Velcro adjustable straps and a good, hard walking sole. Very comfortable! I am an experienced walker. Vic”

“Paid 6.99 for delivery which I do think is steep, however they were delivered on the day as promised. I also thought the price of the shoe I ordered were a good price. My only issue is that you also have to pay for returns. The shoes I ordered are possibly a touch too big but I didn't want the hassle of reordering and returning others due to cost implications.”

“hyy, i buy from England a lot of products, hope to be the same with this new european comunity situation. my intention is to buy a lot from you for example from sport direct my orders was aproximately 85.000 euro in last 8 months. and hope to buy from you many things to sell in Est Europe. there are some similarities between your site and SD, probably you take stuff from the same deposit. the only problem with your site are about money conversion. It is posible to buy in eur like at SD? That's my only problem here because with automatic conversion if the order are 2.000 pounds for example the bank will take some from me to buy in pounds. My account is in euro. That's all and hope in the future to have a good business. Just buyed first small order from your shop cheers”

“I ordered North Face Pursuit Jacket and Puma running tights with pick up in my local Sports Direct store (no FieldandTrek around). Goods arrived in 6days (standard delivery) with free 5 pound voucher... Jacket great fit (and great price), tights a bit too small. I contacted FaT customer service to check if I can exchange small tights in SportsDirect and went back to store and exchanged for bigger size Karrimor. I can recommend Field and Trek as I am one happy customer:D”

“After paying £4.99 for delivery, I was dismayed to find I was responsible for the return cost. This is not how most online retailers , I have had experience of, operate. Even more dismayed to find that the return cost via another company is only £2.79. Having said that, delivery was sooner than I had expected.”

“Just received three sports tops, two muddy fox, one karrimore. Arrived promptly. One of the MF tops had ink lines drawn across the back, the other was too small. The Karrimore sports top was perfect, great comfort and great value, I have ordered another from the, but the muddy fox's will be returned to their den.”
