“Very quick delivery, please with products. The free gift which was a large sports direct cup was smashed to bits in the box. My opinion would be not to send it maybe a free gift that can't break. Nice thought though everybody likes a free gift!”

“You have an employee calld Jim in the shoe dept of your Chester store...as a direct result of his service i have bought over £500 worth of goods from you and will continue to buy more things. His product knowledge was awesome and there wa no pushiness. mad that he couldnt order me what i wanted on line and i had to come home and do it....although i could have got what I wanted from other suppliers on line..i got it from you because of Jim...promote him!”

“Service and delivery were second to none, absolutely first class. My Brasher boots are brilliant. My old boots sadly began to let in water after many years of loyal service, taking me across india and Africa. Reluctantly I bought a new pair. They are wonderful. I have worn them since they arrived and its like walking on a cloud, so comfortable and the value for money is unbelievable. Great service, great boots and great value for money. Will use Field and Trek again and will definitely recommend them. Thank you.”

“Love Field and Trek, have used them for years and never have any concerns. My most recent purchase was some discounted Karrimor trail running shoes which have very pointed toe area for some reason. No use for me as they were uncomfortable but no fault of Field & Trek and i've already returned the items (a first for me) which i'm sure will be fine as well.”

“Its been a long time since i used field and trek because you out price yourself whilst offering quality you step out of the price range than the average person and it is good to see you have returned to your grass roots offering quality goods at a price that is affordable to the average person, whilst this is not the same quality but will do the job. Postage and packaging is excellent”

“Ordered a tent and decided to pay for Saturday delivery so we could be home when delivered. I thought the charge for this was very reasonable considering the size of the item. Arrived on the Saturday as promised (only ordered fri afternoon). Good price for a good tent, all in all v happy with the service”
