“Usually everything is great, hence top stars. However I have just bought a coat and the sizing is out. Far too tight over my hips, in spite of the fact that I ordered a size much bigger than I usually wear. Disappointed.”

“I have used field and trek quite a few times over recent years as I am quite impressed with pricing.One gripe I have is having to pay for click and collect at sports direct.After all you are the same company.As of this evening no notification of goods having arrived at sports direct bishopbriggs. Regards.”

“I paid for next day delivery it said to order before 5pm which I did and it was 4.50pm when I actually played the order. A confirmation email came through at 5.01pm so obviously I wasn’t going to get my boots the next day. Why have a cut off point at 5.00pm?”
