“I was happy with how fast and efficient the order arrived. I ordered a few items as I wanted a choice. Also it was free delivery. My problem started when I wanted to return.. the post office wanted just short of £20 to return back to you... I’m not paying that on Top of cost of item, been advised to split bag into 2 parcels. Also I wanted to speek to someone at field and trek to advise of this.. no phone number..!! At the moment I’m not happy at all!”

“Ordered Helly Hansen Ski Jacket. It arrived with the large security device still fitted in the pocket. Had to cut the lining of the pocket to get it out as I needed it immediately for a ski trip. V V V Disappointed. Wont buy from you again.”

“After ordering a Berghaus Optimus 40 a few years ago & remembering the good service /price, I decided to use F&T again as my friend wanted one. I couldn't find a Berghaus so opted for a Karrimor Transit 40. I was very confident ordering this because of the quality of past & present Karrimor backpacks. The one & only negative on the Berghaus was that if used as a backpack after using as a trolley, then the wet/dirty wheels left marks on your jacket. This has been solved on the Karrimor with a drop-down flap that covers the wheels. I can't imagine a more perfect pack for my needs. It's main use is carry-on hand luggage but also for shopping.”

“Parcel ripped. 2 plastic hangers shattered leaving broken shards of plastic inside the coat. Large magnetic security tag still attached. Hence return of items.”
