“Delivery to local store very slow (6 days. In fact you sent me this review request 2 days before I received the email to say that the goods had arrived at the store!). Service in the local Sports Direct store was very "casual" to say the least - staff seemed totally disinterested in serving a customer. In fact I had to go and find one staff member who had walked right past me as I went to the customer service desk - which was unmanned. She seemed completely uninterested. I won't be visiting Sports Direct Newton Abbot again!”

“The sizes specify on the website do not match the sizes of the brand (Merrell). I had to return the shoes at my own expense in order to have the right pair, while I know perfectly the brand and the size that suits me. The error did not come from me!”
