“Fast delivery. This product is not exactly in accordance with its picture showed at the website (different "TNF" logo colour) however it does not make a huge problem for me. Nice jacket in a bit smaller size L as usually I wear. Overall very good service.”

“The Ski Jacket I ordered still had a sevurity tag attavhed to it so was unwearable. The Ski pants had a mark on them and were the wrong colour. I have sent the package back using the return form which was inside the package but am concerned as this appears to have a different address to the returns address on the website.”

“Field and Trek made me very happy the service was excellent. What made me unhappy was the delivery driver. He rang the bell and at the same time hammered on the door to the point where he could easily have damaged it. There is no need for you to take any action as I dealt with it myself but ageneral instruction to all drivers not to do this would protect your image.”

“When placing the order on line the site advised me that the order had not gone through so I re-ordered then found out the first one had gone through. I immediately used your on line system to cancel the first one but you did not bother to reply. You then send out your request for a review before any goods have been received. I don't think I will use your company again”
