“I paid for next day delivery and the goods arrived on the third day after ordering. Not good enough. Goods themselves are fine but that's easy as I have had these shoes before , exactly the same in every way so no concerns with fits etc.”

“Charging for delivery (on an order over £100) and making the customer responsible for paying the postage for returns is not would deter me for purchasing from Field & Trek again. The order was delivered within a reasonable time.”

“Absolutely awful. Paid for next day delivery when placing an order Monday lunchtime. Still no delivery by Friday. No reply to any emails and can't fjnd a number to call. Leaving the country for 3 months on Sunday and desperately need the goods before I go, will have to rebuy elsewhere”

“When order was placed, I was given a delivery date of 05/09/17. It is now 07/09/17, with no sign of my order and the only information I have from the delivery company is that the parcel is at the central delivery hub, where it has been for 2 days now. The items ordered are a present and required by 08/09/17, it is now looking highly unlikely that they will arrive in time. I am very disappointed, having paid for delivery to get the items by the required date.”

“item was sized wrong so returned using there recommend parcel courier only to not arrive and field and trek refuse to issue refund even with proof of return also no customer service what so ever avoid at all cost”

“Delivery to store quite slow. When the sandals arrived, I was very disappointed to find that they are a very small fit. As a pair of very similar Karrimor sandals are owned, I felt safe in purchasing exactly the size but the two sets of shoes are very different both in length and width. Now, through no fault of mine, I have to pay to return the item. I will not be using this site in the future.”
